- Ability to conduct accurate inventory of food items and calculate order levels
- Knowledge of hotel accommodations, the community, and breakfast hours

- Ability to speak and receive direction (written and verbal direction) in English
- Under general supervision, provides exceptional customer services, prepares, serves and cleans up Hot Breakfast for guests following Company policies and procedures. Ensures food safety standards are met and maintains appropriate levels of inventory and supplies. Maintains the breakfast/lobby area in a clean and organized manner.
- Ensures an exceptional guest experience by providing courteous, friendly guest service through discovering and responding promptly and efficiently to inquiries, requests and complaints with a 1 Service Attitude. Contributes to maintaining a positive work environment at all times for our diverse team and guests.
- Requires ability to take written and verbal direction in English and speak English clearly. Requires ability to communicate in a friendly manner with guests in order to create a warm, comfortable, relaxing environment. Requires knowledge of hotel accommodations, the community and breakfast hours. Requires ability to conduct accurate inventory of food items and calculate order levels.
- EDUCATION: Requires knowledge, skill and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school.
- EXPERIENCE: Previous experience in working with the public or food service experience preferred, but not required.
- ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Requires ability to walk and stand during entire working period of 4 - 6 hours. Requires ability to lift 20 - 30 pounds intermittently during the work shift. Requires ability to push a vacuum and/or mop, reach, stretch, and bend in routine daily activities.
- 1. Reports to General Manager, Assistant General Manager, or Executive Housekeeper.
- 2. Maintains and promotes a positive and cooperative work relationship with all hotel departments.
